| • AWE has no affiliation with our clients business relations. Clients hire our company for graphic design or programming jobs. We're not liable at any point for any wrong doings or illegal activities the client chooses to partake in. |
• The web site files will be developed on our local servers and will be kept there until the final balance owed for the project has cleared. |
| • Ounce client has approved the design/functionality of the web site and the final balance is paid in full, AWE will then proceed with setting-up the site files on the clients chosen host. |
• Billing for the web site will be setup only after the balance owed for the project is cleared. CCBill is our recommendation for adult pay site billing. Clients who hire AWE benefit from our free of charge billing setup. This does not include any CCBill fees. |
• Ounce client has approved the final product, any change there after will result in an hourly fee of $75 - $100 per hour depending on the task at hand. Most approvals are done through E-Mail. |
• Client must provide 50% the total cost of the project up front. This payment should be sent before any development is done by AWE. The deposit cannot be refunded under any circumstances unless with AWE approval. |
• The content provided to AWE should be licensed and legal. AWE has no affiliation with the content provided and should not be liable for any issues relating to the content. |
• Upon the completion of the project, the client is given 10 business days to settle the balance. If you client fails to do so, there will be a $50 penalty for each day past the due date. |
